Apartments Lavanda & Rozmarin

The location is very close to the most beautiful area of split with non touristic restaurants and streets and just above the hillside. The apartment is big enough and has a very nice garden. The staff is very kind and helpful.

Find a parking is very challenging therefore is better to reserve the park slot if possible or avoid to move the car every day.

Perfect location, family friendly apartment, has everything what you need and more🥰. Owner of the apartment really friendly and helpful.

Very stressful to park car🤷🏻‍♀️.. very narrow road near apartment and parking on the side of the road. If you lucky to find where to park you will have to reverse all the way to get out 🤦🏻‍♀️😅..this apartment must be marked as NO parking 😉

The location. 5 min walk from the city center and port

We are a 3 members family traveling from Greece. We booked our stay 7 months back selecting specific apartment and paying for it slightly more expensive than others in the area due to the available parking. Unfortunately we asked the parking address on our way to Split but landlord advised that parking should have been reserved in prior (honestly it was mentioned in the confirmation email), we didn’t do so, consequently we didn’t get a parking. The apartment is in a dead end street. Unloading the car after 8 hours traveling was a nightmare. What was strange is that parking place is not available in the same building but there are two parking places in the same street, each one with space for 2-3 cars. During our stay (5 nights - 6 days) the cars parked within these parking areas were always the same and all of them had plates licensed in Split (probably permanent residents). We stayed in apartment Rozmarin. The apartment was extremely small, almost impossible to move within the bedroom. Kitchen was also small with few ants moving around while it was also impossible to use the toilet bowl (extremely narrow). Total apartment height around 2,2m. There were two TVs in the apartment but none of them having signal. The shared courtyard was dirty and uncared. The bbq was a garbage area while a camera is watching you drinking your coffee.
