USExcellent apartment at a reasonable price (40€ for two, early May). Well equipped kitchen with microwave (very rare in Greece) and oven. Washing machine with detergent supplied. Elevator access. Roomy balcony with retractable awning even though not needed much due to northern exposure. Easy street parking. Small market nearby and full commercial district 5 minutes on foot. Bus 28A stops one block away. 22 minute walk to waterfront. Supplied location was off by a block. A short foot search and 5 minutes driving uncooperative one way streets got the car correctly positioned. Google Maps "Konstantino's Luxury Studio" gets you to the right door.
The decision to have a second double bed results in no room for a couch or comfortable chairs.

PLThe communication with the host was amazing! penny was very helpful and thoughtful. I informed her we were going to Greece as part of my girlfriend's birthday. She helped me with arranging a surprise with flowers, wine and even a cake! Whenever we had questions, she was there to answer them (by phone or WhatsApp). I would highly recommend her place!
Only downside I would say is the shower. But all the rest was great!

MKEverything was exceptional! It definitely exceeded our expectations about everything. The location is great - there is public transport to the center, but If you love to walk by foot like us - It takes 20 minutes to get to the center 😄 It is in a great quiet neighbourhood. The host was very nice and clear about the instructions for check in and check out and you can arrive anytime you want beacuse it's a self check in. Also, there is free parking everywhere on the street. The apartment itself is perfect - it has everything you need, even If you stay longer than 2-3 days! It is spacious, very clean, the kitchen is very well equipped (I love it when there is coffee to make as soon as you get up in the morning 😄), the bed is very comfortable! Definitely our choice for our next trip to Thessaloniki!
RSVery clean, well equipped kitchen, comfy bed, big terrace... A sofa bed can be a little better and some bed lamps will be a very useful add-on.
