GBPerfect instructions to get in, beautiful flat with well equipped kitchen. Clean and tidy. Perfect location. Great to sleep 2 adults and 2 children. Good shower. Central floor heating which warmed up the flat in 2-3 hours. Quiet location and free parking in gated area. I also appreciated the ironing board and ironing machine as we had an event to go to and needed to touch up on crinkled attire.
Toilet seat was moving about and needs fixing. Radiator in the bathroom is dripping and needs fixing. When the sofa bed is opened, the extention is broken and the extra part moves about. There were no duvet covers, pillow cases nor a sheet available for the sofa bed for the first night of our stay. With four of us, we had three towels on the first day. These were replenished upon request, the next day.

Unfortunately the previous guests had broken a blind so there was a lot of light in the living area which doubles up as a bedroom.

Not much, couple of maintenance issues, a loose window blind kind of thing, owner offered to fix immediately but we declined as it didnt bother us.five star response.
