Greay location, good facility, beautiful garden and pool, i would have rated the hotel 9 if not for the cold-faced, totally unfriendly receptionist. She never greeted gustes and bery reluctantly replied when guests tool the initiatove to greet her. She was either absent from the reception desk or would eat snacks, sunflower seeds or play with her phone. She was the worst receptionist I ever encountered. I do not wonder why the boss would keep such a bad receptionist to work for such a great hotel.

"A wonderful place close to the Lagodekhi park"

Amazing location close to the park Amazing staff at reception and restaurant Beautiful territory nice and green Amazing dinner experience especially fried chicken and kebabs

We struggled with the lock in our chalet apparently you need to lift the handle really high to make it work. The mattress was a bit rundown. The breakfast was a disappointment they need to improve the quality and presentation of dishes for breakfast
