The villa was stunning. The host was excellent- always available to help. Great location, very short walk to main streets with lots of shops and places to eat yet when in villa it was completely tranquil

This place is amazing! Great value for money. We booked it last minute because I screwed up another booking in Ubud (I accidentally booked an accommodation for 2026 when we were staying in 2025) so we needed something with short notice and this villa was available. The pool is amazing and the villa is gorgeous. It's also a bit set back from the road, so it's much quieter than another place we stayed at in Ubud. The bed was comfy and everything was clean. The AC works really well too. The kitchen is a nice bonus, and they even had a filtered water station so you don't need to buy and haul in your own water! The owner is very sweet too. Highly recommend!

Der Gastgeber war außergewöhnlich zuvorkommend, freundlich und hilfsbereit. So hat er zum Beispiel bei eine komplette Erkundungstour über die Insel organisiert. Das Frühstück, das man spontan bestellen konnte, war sehr lecker!

A small quiet very private villa at the rear of Wayans family compound. Ideal for couples, clean well maintained villa and excellent pool. Our hosts were there when needed, always ready to help.

Only issue was some neighbours burning off rubbish. We spoke to Wayan and he dealt with it quickly and efficiently.

We honestly couldn’t rave about this place more! The accommodation itself was fantastic, but what truly made our stay unforgettable was the hospitality of our hosts, Balik and his wife. They are two of the kindest and most welcoming people we’ve ever met. They went above and beyond to make us feel at home - from sharing fresh papaya and eggs straight from their property to surprising us with fresh coconuts from their tree. Every gesture felt so thoughtful and genuine. Truly an exceptional and accommodating stay - we can’t thank them enough! Everything was exceptionally clean and the pool and garden is just incredible!! Located in the centre of Ubud - the village is on your doorstep. Do yourself a favour and choose here for your stay in Ubud!

Absolutely nothing - we had the best time thanks to Balik & his wife!

Clean room and clean private swimming pool. Gotten fresh coconuts served directly from the coconut trees in the premises. Affordable in-room menu.

Bed was a little hard for the first night but gotten used to from the second. Some ants on the ground.
