Excellent location, property was a good size, parking good and quiet grounds and surroundings

Day without heating and hot water (although fixed the following day it prevented us from leaving the property until resolved and made first night uncomfortable). The price paid per night was unreasonable considering the standard of property- no gas in bottle to use fire pit, issues with fire inside property, bathrooms (inside showers mouldy and broken shower heads), standard of clean was not great (stained dirty bedding and towels, dust and cob webs and outside hot tub area not maintained well, fridge/cooker dirty)- expected perfect conditions to warrant price per night paid.

"Beautiful. But the hot tub was out of gas."

Loved the setting. Modern updates were well done. Enjoyed the space it offered. We booked it primarily for the private hot tub (whuch we could not use for half of our stsy).

The gas tank that heats the hot tub was empty when we arrived and we coukd not use it for half (1 of 2 days) of our booking. Getting maintence there to fill up the gas was not done timely. Owners only offered to credit us €50 for this significant disappointment.

"Excellent property just a couple of minutes drive into Portrush"

Lovely property with good sized bedrooms and comfortable beds. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed for our stay. Hot tub and outdoor seating area was lovely and hot tub very easy to use.

For the standard of the property soap and shower products should be provided. Floor wasn’t quite as clean in areas as I would have liked.

It was absolutely beautiful inside and outside with a stunning view. Any issues were solved quickly by the maintenance man who was very helpful with everything. Only a short taxi ride into the town.

Only wee thing would be nice is a welcome pack when you arrive to get you started.

Lively setting. Excellent standard of accomodation. Beds comfy. Hot tub superb. Great carpark facilities. Easy hand over.

Would have been good for accomodation of this level to have shower gel and shampoo as other properties do, if I had to point out something to improve.
