Staff non responsive and annoying behavior of denial and making the customer think he is wrong and they are right . The staff on reception need serious training on being more responsible they become defensive if an issue beinf reproted . They make mistakes / do not respond or stand by thier commitment and on being told they go to denial . I called on thier number in morning to ask for breakfast they didn't pick up on me telling them they said no I didn't call or I might have dialed a wrong extention . I could clearly hear the phone ring out side but they kept on lieing . They reception staff specially in the morning was rude . Despite me reaching late and on given time of 6pm they didn't keep the room ready . They didn't serve me breakfast either .
