"Family of four and we loved our stay at the Ivy Box."

It had everything we needed. Close to Queenstown (just cut through the gardens). Amazing view. Gorgeous kitchen, bathrooms and outside entertainment area. Next to a park and across from the lake so great for the kids. Washer and dryer. Beds were very comfortable.

A full length mirror would be great if I had to come up with one dislike.

It is a beautiful, modern unit, lots of space with everything in it that you need. Beautiful setting with view over the lake from the bedroom's oversized window. Close to town.

Excellent location to walk to town. Queenstown gardens lovely. Apartment decor is exceptional. Attention to detail interior was high level.

Dishonest marketing of the property. It is 3 apartments. Our property photos show 2 bedrooms with lake views. One was of the other apartment so one party was stuck downstairs no view and they paid the same amount. Created a very uncomfortable situation within the group. Marketing also shows photos of the outdoor area. This was shared by next door with no division so they were sitting in our back yard! Hence we never could use it. No views of the lake at all from any outdoor area. Ivy box, you need to change your photos to reflect each property for rent not the property as a whole. It does not have lake views and should be cheaper per night as at that level you can get 180 degree views of the scenery from the living area in other properties. Such a shame as the indoors is lovely. Very misleading and deceptive for 800.00 a night. Sorry for the negative comments but being in the property industry myself, I felt like I had been deceived by your marketing on booking.com.

Good location, warm, Had a bath and bed were comfortable.

Couldn’t lock the door to our apartment, only could lock the front door to the communal area. Needs a full length mirror.
