Casa Vale Parco del Valentino

Appartamento ben arredato, accogliente, dotato di tutto. Anche se non abbiamo conosciuto personalmente l'host (al check in ci ha accolto una collaboratrice molto carina), è stato presente e disponibile su WhatsApp per dare indicazioni e consigli. Consigliato sia per soggiorni brevi come il nostro che per periodi medio/lunghi.

Nel complesso tutto bene, se proprio devo trovare qualcosa metterei una tenda più coprente alla porta finestra essendo al pianterreno, per un po' di privacy in più.

The apartment is nice for the price. It's accessed through a quaint courtyard. The apartment is small, but given the price it's not too small. The location is great. It's on a quiet street, but close to neat things. We like to walk and found it easy to walk to the sites that we wanted to see. The person who met us to give us the key was very nice and let us know that we could park on the street for free on Sundays, which we would not have known otherwise.

Since we had to meet someone to get the keys and there isn't an office, we had to know exactly when we were going to arrive. That can be tricky when you're traveling. It worked out, but it did add some stress. It was a touch bright in the room, but we like sleeping where it's very dark, so we're picky in that way.

Great position, central to lots of sights. Street parking is at a cost, but we had no problem finding a park. The apartment was very clean, and everything was supplied. It is ground floor, which is a bonus in Italy. Owners were very helpful and communication was super easy. Would definitely recommend.

Nothing. Just beware.....our car side window was smashed when we went to the Mercado at the other end of the city. Nothing stolen but just an inconvenience to have repaired. Apparently quite common in Ita,y.

Location is great, in the city center and close to all sights

the host was friendly and extremely helpful. on our arrival, our train was delayed. not only was it easy to communicate our delay and meet with no issues at all, he also helped us to organize a taxi on our departure day. the accomodation was a great value for money, with all necessary equipment for the weekend.

Clean new central and friendly staff

We rented a 43sqm apartment just to find that it's 28sqm. Parking can be challenging there so be patient

The location is nice, there’s a free croissants and other things for a simple breakfast, the stuff was very friendly and easy to communicate

There were some things that made our stay in the place a bit uncomfortable: 1. The floor was super cold, it was impossible to keep your feet’s on the floor. It would be nice if a place will offer some free sleepers or flip flops. 2. We had an issue with hot water. There’s a boiler with tank, and after one person had a shower, there were not enough hot water for a second person. I don’t know if we were just unlucky, but it will be nice to know about hot water in the shower during check in. 3. We were not able to turn in the induction cooker, so we had to make tea in the microwave
