wszechobecna wilgoć i zapach pleśni, łóżka (szczególnie sofa w salonie) przesiąknięte pleśnią i wilgotne, wilgoć w szafkach kuchennych, zaniedbane ściany, brak szafy (był tylko jeden szafko-wieszak), sofa w salonie po rozłożeniu okazała się zepsuta
