The owner and his family's nature are very friendly and supportive, they allowed us for early check-in. The room & bathroom are neat and clean.

Its really a home stay, where it feels like home even after being away from it. I stayed with my family and they were also happy about it. I have found a place for my everytime visit in ujjain. I would greatly recommend this place if u are not into fancy, luxury shit and home like vibes and being comfortable.

Frankly speaking Home stay meaning changed here..! It's okay for you when keeping Urself in city for max time. Comforts are somewhere not upto the mark. Prices are too high just for 1 kind of locker room not actually Hotel rooms. sorry Akshat/ Akshay ji I think you are new in business but you need to tell people differences between Hotel rooms and Home stay. Comfort and Adjustments. People are very nice but stay is ok.

3rd floor no lift, Small and non tidy washroom, no comfort of hotel and no comfort of home. Checked out 1 day before and paid for two just because of the issues in stay and comfort of family.
