Definitely an older property that hasn’t been maintained. Newly “re-opened” or rebranded doesn’t mean new. They clearly took a somewhat dilapidated property and reopened it…with what appears to be minimal capital investment and mix and match approach. Holes in walls where something was removed and holes holes not filled or even painted to touch up. Felt like I was staying in a “shelter”. The shower was disgustingly dirty with previous occupants hair, etc. and mold growing in grout. Had to wear flip flops in the shower. Staff seemed friendly as I engaged in conversation with a couple of employees (housekeeper, front desk) but doesn’t make up for spending $125 on a slum room. Very disappointed.

I just had a great suite that I wasn’t expecting. We enjoyed our stay.

The staff wasn’t there when we arrived. The breakfast was barely there. Cleaning ladies walked into our room without knocking. The ice machine was broken or locked. The facilities were dirty and in disrepair. The pillows were uncomfortable. It was overpriced. I will never return there.
