Responsiveness is very important for me, and I am happy that the host is very responsive. The place smells good and the bed is very comfortable. The wifi is also strong.

The security on the property were so lovely and accomodating.

My friend and I booked this accomodation for a relaxing few days before we began travelling around the Philippines, and our stay here was anything but. Firstly, the communication before we arrived was very mixed. We received one message stating that we had to check in with our IDs at the front desk and then another message saying we were all checked in with instructions on how to enter our apartment, leading to being awoken at 11:30 pm on the second night of our stay saying that we had to check in. The first message I sent to the host was requesting pool access, which we were well aware and understanding of the fee associated with this. What we weren’t aware of was that it would take us an hour and a half to request this access, when the host said that she would do this on our behalf. We were given very little instructions as to how to do this and would have appreciated some clarity and expectations of the timeline of these events. With our communications with the host, we did have to register each guest, however it was stated that up to four guests were allowed and to easily request access. We had an additional friend who had flight problems and needed a place to stay. I messaged the host requesting the access, whilst physically standing with two security officers of the building, saying all we needed was permission from the host and she would be able to enter the apartment. It was extremely difficult to get into contact with this host. We had requested a late checkout at 5pm and it wasn’t until this issue arose at 12:30am, that we received any response from her. Her contact number was not listed anywhere on the booking, so the security officer had to go through their end to find her and contact her on our behalf. Once we got ahold of the host, she would not allow this to happen, stating that it needed to go through the admin office, which was closed for the night (it was 12:30 am at this point).

We give this place a great place to stay... we just want a place near Moa for a graduation event and this did not disappoint us... everything is just a walking distance.. . although we have to cut our stay short.. we like our stay.. definitely we are going back again!!thank you for accomodating us! 😊😊😊👍👍

we would like if there was a place to hang our clothes though... but the rest was ok😊😊
