Exceptionally poor

Hotel has some foul smell lingering all over the time in the entire hotel. Dark environment, absolutely unhygienic environment inside as well as outside the hotel. On booking thru the website it shows it offers continental breakfast, but all false no breakfast at the hotel provided. All false promises on the what’s m website.

Morning staff young boy dealings very bad, room not clean, no hot water, not helping to arrange site visiting, window door is tied with rope , I taken all photos, If iam getting not getting favourable reply and need compensation .

receptionist collected the additional amount, actual check in is 12pm, I have checked in 2:10pm, that person said classic rooms were house full. need to pay additional pay for other rooms

No proper door locks, we not able to close/ lock the doors.
