Amazing apartment with all amenities and very central, bus stop tram not far, highway close by.

The parking outside is first come first serve, a lot of building work, so if staying during the week bear in mind there is some noise.

The apartment is simply amazing! The location is super quite and in a place that is easy to reach anywhere you want with the free close by public transport (Important: Please read the: What I didn't like!)

The property comes from a real-estate agency. Guests have to sign for the property in the same way as renting an apartment(!) and have the same legal responsibility as one who rents an apartment(!) Example: If you dirty the wall, you will pay a few thousands of Euros to get the apartment painted, if coffee will stain the living room couch, you will be billed for the dry cleaning, etc. etc. I did not have any problems when checking out, but, it made the whole stay with the kids a SUPER uneasy one. Making it not feeling like a vacation at all (Had to watch my kids every minute) So, as amazing is it is, you have to think if it fits your trip or not.
