⭐ 1/5 – Very Disappointed with the Service Our stay was very disappointing. There were a lot of *kutu simen* (cement mites) in the house, but the person in charge insisted that the place had already been cleaned. On top of that, the electricity went off 3 times. We couldn’t even go out as planned because we had to wait for the technician to come — the person in charge didn’t even have a spare key to handle the issue themselves. Overall, the service and management were very poor. We hope the management seriously improves their maintenance and customer service before accepting more guests.

The accommodation was very comfortable and exceeded our expectations. The house was clean, tidy, and fully equipped with all the basic necessities such as cooking utensils, towels, an iron, and more. It was suitable for a family stay, including elderly members, thanks to the practical and accessible layout of the house. The location was also excellent close to many of the attractions we had planned to visit, which made our travel easier and saved us a lot of time. The surrounding area was peaceful and safe, making it a great place to relax after a full day of exploring. The host was very responsive and easy to deal with, and the check-in and check-out processes went smoothly. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay and would not hesitate to come back here in the future.
