LKAs per the booking.Com booking confirmation it was mentioned that the prize was INR 1100/- all inclusive. But once I reach their the Hotel ask to pay INR 1500/- which is completely different value. They said that what the Booking.Com mention code was not applicable now. This is completely misleading the customers. Further there is no tea making facility or at least water bottles for the guest. Everything we have to pay.
