The booking I did of Booking.com was not accepted and we had to pay 1500 IR instead of the booking.com price of 1100 IR. Additionally, we had to discuss about one hour at four in the morning with the rude personal about how to pay since they did not accept card payment. And all this, even though everything was discussed before over the Chat function of Booking.com

INUn professional staffs they dont know how to behave with customers (except one guy who is on day duty from 12pm)especially one bengali bhai in reception who introduced he is the incharge manager "very rude and arrogant character"his thought was he is giving this rooms for free to the customers" also he denied to gave me room bcoz i paid rent online.. He need by hand cash. In his view OYO and Booking. Com gave money to him after a month. So he threatened me "you dont have room in this premises any thing you want ask OYO, bcoz paid there ". Pathetic. First time in life.. From booking. Com. Old palstic glasses with fibre plates and TV with youtube only🤣 welcomes you. All amenities will get after requisition and kind hearted mangers donation only.. Super experience.
AUThe sheets were dirty, the staff changed them upon request. Sheets didn’t really cover mattress, leaving it exposed.. uncomfortable very firm beds. in a bit of a strange area and very noisy, which is fine, but just something to note. Staff were okay but not overly warm.
