NZWe had an absolutely wonderful stay at this Tamata Estate farmhouse. From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect and very well taken care of. We especially loved the jacuzzi, the BBQ setup, and the breathtaking morning view - waking up to such peaceful scenery made our trip even more special. The hospitality was truly exceptional. Thank you for hosting us so warmly and making us feel comfortable throughout our stay. Whenever we had any questions or needed guidance, you were always quick to respond and very helpful, which we really appreciated. The entire experience was relaxing, enjoyable, and memorable. It felt like a perfect getaway from busy life and we are grateful for the care and effort you put into making guests feel welcomed. We would definitely love to visit again and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful and beautiful farmhouse stay.

Nothing it was perfect
NZNZFabulous relaxing night away with two families, while is it a little out of Waitomo Township, it is close to other must sees while in the area - Natural Bridge, Marokopa Falls and Marokopa Beach. The house had everything we needed, well stocked and the beds/bedding was top tier. The views for sunset & sunrise was exceptional. Wish we stayed longer.

NZThe place was amazing – great location and spectacular views. We really liked almost everything about the property and would likely stay here again. although the chicken instructions were a little bit misleading.
The only aspect we didn’t enjoy about the property was the outdoor spa. It takes 8 to 12 hours to heat up, which wasn’t mentioned in the listing or communicated until we received the check-in details. This felt a bit misleading, especially since we were only staying for one night. By the time the spa would have been ready, it was already too late for us to use it. Just a heads-up for future guests: if you’re booking the property specifically for the spa, it’s likely you won’t be able to use it unless you’re staying for more than one night.

outdoor was bait dirty and some areas of the room was dusty.
NZWe stayed in the Rimu hut which was a lovely, peaceful spot by the river. Loved the quiet and nature. The hut was well equipped and presented nice.
Photos online were of the main house and not the hut we stayed in- which was actually a perfect little hut for the 4 of us in such an idyllic location. Remember to bring your hayfever tablets as it’s nz countryside!
NZAwesome spot. The pictures Don't do this place justice. Very peaceful and serene with lots of room for our family to spread out. Would stay again in a heart beat. We loved the view of the evening stars while relaxing in the spa.

NZIt was not cleaned. Dust and cobwebs everywhere. Dust were in the sofa and bedding and all other furnitures. My one year old has dust allergies and became sick. Barbecue machine was not cleaned. Heater wasn’t there in the double bedroom.
