Un personnel accueillant et disponible. Cadre très joli avec la piscine et chambres spacieuses et propres. Possibilité de se faire livrer à manger. Endroit au calme.

Manque de certains équipements comme des chaises et quelques finitions ( rideau qui s'accroche dans la porte, prise dans le placard de cuisine ). A savoir qu'il faut compter environ 100000vnd pour aller à Hue en taxi. Peu d'intimité dans le vis a vis des chambres.

Very nice hotel a bit outside of Hué but close to many sites and at 15 mn by taxi to Hué city center. Very friendly & flexible staff, rooms are spacious and clean. Mostly local guests from Vietnam which makes it more local and authentic.

Nice hotel. Good ambiance. A bit far from the city. Grab is necessary. Pool was nice but you can hear children when you are in your room. Very friendly staff at restaurant. Thank you friendly lady!

Le petit déjeuner est uniquement vietnamien, donc allez y seulement si vous aimez les nouilles et le riz au petit dej, pas de café ou quoi que ce soit de sucré. La douche est inutilisable car elle inonde la salle de bain, elle a été mal construite. Une seule prise dans la chambre qui fait des étincelles quand on branche des prises. Piscine trouble Très bruyant, des enfants jouent autour des chambre jusque tard la nuit et tôt le matin (employés? Clients?) Le repos est difficile. Quelques taches sur les draps

The hotel is still fairly new an has spacious, clean rooms. The people were nice and helpful, when we wanted to move out early.

The decoration looks tasteful at first glance but almost everything that appears to be wood actually is plastic/faux. Most of the rooms only have daylight from the inner courtyard. The bathrooms are fully open and for some privacy you have to close the curtains. Then the rooms become quite depressing, though. Due to the pool the courtyard is noisy and even more humid than the outside. Breakfast is asian only, there are no western options whatsoever (except for eggs). The place is quite a bit away from town, but it is easy to get there and away by Grab.

The front staff was extremely friendly and helpful with car service. Easy to talk to day or night and are always willing to help with anything they can.

I wish it wasn’t so far from the downtown. It’s at least 25 mins car ride and a bit difficult to get a taxi.
