Room was spacious with a nice large bath tub. Well presented and clean hotel. Staff friendly and helpful.

The room was nice and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel itself gives off a calm and relaxing vibe. We really enjoyed our stay.

It’s a bit out of town but as long as you know before you go, it’s fine.

lovely aesthetic, pretty and clean rooms. location is ideal if you want to be a bit out of the city chaos, but just a 10 minutes drive from the centre so very easy to reach and move around. staff is kind and friendly (cảm ơn Duyên!) , they helped plan and book our next stops for the trip with trustworthy and professional contacts. breakfast was included and tasty.

Staff was very friendly and highly welcoming, communication in English was also without complaints. Beds were very comfortable and room was very clean.

The room was perfect. It was clean, tidy and well equipped with a/c and a great bathroom. We had a dip in the pool which was nice and cool after a hot day. The breakfast was delicious too!

We felt like the staff were very nice and helpful, however some were quite pushy with trying to sell day trips, we found the whole of Hue to be a bit like that to be truthful. The hotel is quite far out of the way but not a problem to catch a grab to the city.

Always clean smelling, feeling, visually. Staff was helpful, friendly Good breakfast Location was perfect.
