I did not like anything about this place because of the abuse I experienced.

An Excellent apartment in a beautiful location, very easy to get around. The apartment has everything. Could not ask for more. 5*

Communication sent by the host on Booking.com was not visible to me. Host not accepting that I did not receive the communication prior to arrival. Host would not allow us access until we complete mandatory information, which I have no issues with but getting the host to send the information was very frustrating. It took a while before the issues was addressed. While the accommodation is spacious and very nice, the very strong smell of sewage was horrible and made it a very uncomfortable stay. Host said they could not do anything about it as it is an old city and once it rains, you get such strong smell. We could not even use the bathroom at a point for fear of getting sick. If you don't mind a smelly place to stay, then I will recommend. Wound not stay there again myself though.

The place is modern and stylish

Well, the place almost have no amenities or supplies like soap or toilet papers and when I talked to them about they told me I need to buy it myself. Besides it wasn’t fully cleaned up and there was a foul smell in the shower that almost suffocated me

Great location, quiet neighbourhood, interior was clean, spacious, comfortable and most facilities well functioning.

The shower drain was clogged so it was super easy to get flooded if the water was on for long. Tried to unclog but with no success. That one needs extra attention. Also some more towels and toilet paper would’ve been appreciated.

Absolutely loved everything about our stay here! Honestly such a lovely experience at this apartment, communication with the owner was super easy and friendly. The apartment was gorgeous, the pictures don't do this place justice, location was great and easy to locate, our bathroom&bedroom were brilliant and we thoroughly enjoyed our holiday staying here, so much so that we didn't want to leave! We will definitely be returning to this apartment again when we come back to Budapest!

The only thing that I could comment on is, it was a bit tricky to figure out the wifi but after a couple of goes everything was fine, but could maybe be a little more confusing too someone who isn't as tech friendly.

The apartment is spacious, relatively clean and fully equipped with all amenities for life. I was looking for an apartment with a washing machine. Be prepared that there is no clothes dryer there. Of course you can do the laundry, but there is no place to dry your clothes. The location seems to be in the city center, but far from all the attractions. In principle, this did not bother us, since we walked everywhere from morning to night to admire the city. as a last resort, you can order a taxi if you are tired and do not have the strength to return home. check in was very easy and contactless. They will send you a video with visual instructions on how to get into the apartment. It makes the task a lot easier if you check in in the middle of the night after a day of work and a flight.

I don't know what the problem is, but people in Budapest are not very friendly. neighbours! They initially hate you, look at you very warily and write some notes in Hungarian and put them on the doors. if you meet a neighbor and say hello, they will answer you with a sour expression. apartment owners! I initially thought that something was wrong. I contacted them and asked them to send instructions. because I was afraid that maybe later I wouldn’t have access to the Internet. They answered me at 15:30 and we will send it, period. I asked, so after 40 minutes? in response there is silence.. people don’t understand that there is a time difference. people also offer late check-out until 13:30 for 15 euros. I agreed and asked how I should pay?I was told that I didn’t need to pay, that I needed an excellent review. I was of course very pleased. and I decided to close my eyes to all the negative shortcomings. at 13:05 the cleaning lady came. I asked her to give us 10 minutes and we will leave. she said no problem. took out a cigarette and smoked it through the open doors while my children and I got dressed. Then, upon arriving home, I found an angry message from the owners and accusations of something I didn’t do. namely, that I allegedly smoked indoors. something I never allow myself to do. If you want to be groundlessly accused, feel free to rent this apartment!
