Very clean, well furnished 1 bedroom in a quiet condo development. Convenient to Sarasota, St. Petersburg and just 20 minutes from the Sarasota- Bradenton Airport. Reasonably priced. Helpful information about local restaurants and points of interest.

Would prefer a firmer mattress.

Great location near restaurants and shops, convenient for where I needed to be. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well‑equipped, and the host was very friendly and helpful.

Located in a more modest part of Bradenton FL, and the apartment can feel a bit dim during the day.

Ground floor. Convienate to stores.

Dirty.. didn’t feel safe. Needs a lot of updates. Windows missing on lanai.. screens hanging out of window. Storm door is about to fall off. No locks on storm doors so you couldn’t leave front door opened when you were there. Couldn’t sit outside the lanai. Scenery was not good. Garbage was in front bushes. The owner was very pleasant and got right back to me . I would rate her a 10. I did tell her about all the above. Not enough wash cloths not enough decent pans to cook with. Had to go buy a can opener. But that’s not her fault ppl before us must of took it.

I had a great experience renting this place. Great communication with owners. Place was clean, good location, and great price. I would definitely recommend it. Thanks, Nicole Lawson

The photos on the site aren't accurate. In the photos, it appears that the beach is right outside the apartment, it's not it's actually 12 miles away which with the speed limit and construction and traffic to get to the beach it like a 30 minute drive at best. They call the place a condo in the ad it's not it's an apartment in side of a 55+ apartment complex. I have a 5 year old, which I had stated while looking for places. The apartment was as the photos showed. It was pretty much clean. The only issue I had with it was that the kitchen and refrigerator weren't really clean. Which wasn't a big deal. I cleaned it. My major issue with the apartment was the ad stated it had a sofa sleeper bed. It was a futon. Then, there was the issue of the air conditioning. Please keep in mind that my stay was during the first July. The thermostat was locked on 75 degrees and wouldn't go any lower. I tried several times to set it at 72. However, it would go right back to 75 during the day and 78 at night. I am not sure about everyone, but for most people, including myself, 71 to 72 is comfortable and considered "room temperature" Again I have a 5 year old as well as I was also traveling with my 73 year old mother (to take her to the beaches in Bradenton Florida. Which she had always wanted to experience.) The temperature in the apartment was insane hot at all times. I had to go purchase fans so we could be semi comfortable enough to sleep at night. The temperature outside was in the mid-90s's. It was such an awful experience. We actually left early, and I had to pay for another place to continue our vacation comfortably. Not to mention the the water was off a couple of times during our stay, which I understand the host had no control of the water being turned off. The stay in it's self was just honestly unbearable.

Greetings! Excellent value for money. Really has everything you need, clean and to the beach in a straight line is not far. We liked everything very much.
