Very good value for money

Spotlessly clean

The whole property smelt of cigarettes and weed. They changed our apartment when we got there saying they've had some problems with the penthouse we booked. There were 7 of us and they moved us to a 1 bedroom property! We couldn't stay there so we had to book a hotel accruing additional expenses!

The apartment was very clean, and the beds were super comfy. We only stayed one night so we didn't use all the facilities but the apartment had everything we needed.

Can't think of anything, really. Oh, maybe the heating could be put on prior to arriving in the really cold months.

The cleanliness

Just we got wrong number to get the keys. And no lift to the third floor. It is hard with kids and luggage to get in to the room

The comfort of the beds and really nice

It had a strong smell of cigarettes, and a strong smell of weed, to which I complained, as I had to open all the windows

It had easy parking right out the front of the apartment. There was a washing machine which was great mid way through a holiday. It was very clean.

We had to walk up two storeys with large cases. This actually caused me to hurt myself. The apartment was well equipped with some things but lacked others.eg only 4 plastic cups no glasses. A plastic cocktail glass and not one wine glass.
