The location, staff and the stay was all very peaceful and beautiful. This is exactly the place one should come to if they're looking for a short getaway from the city noise. You'll surely leave with a smile on your face, contentment in your heart and a longing to come back soon to experience it all over again.

We were looking for a peaceful stay during this visit and found it in Willow Hill. Comfortable stay made so by the staff who are very courteous and friendly. Drop and pickup from the airport was made good. Shareen Mathew was our driver, guide and friend, philosopher and guide during our five days stay. He is a gentle soul and very helpful. He knows his around Ooty and various tourist interest places.

The location, room, staff, breakfast, everything was great! Honestly, I would rate this as my best stay out of all the hotels I stayed in India throughout the duration of my trip this time. The room, toilet and every other place in the hotel were very very very clean! All the staffs were very helpful and tried their best to accommodate to our request considering we travelled with 2 kids. There is a small lawn just beside the hotel which is very relaxing to spend time in the morning/evening. The breakfast was exceptional as well and the food in their restaurant is good too. Location is near to the main town. Overall, we had very good time in Ooty staying at the hotel. Certainly, will stay here again and I wish there are more hotels providing service as good as them.

Though not a major concern, but we had issue with TV connectivity few times which was promptly addressed by the staffs on duty. It was slightly inconvenient for us as we were travelling with kids, and it is quite hard to manage them and get a break with no TV.

Good one in Ooty. Road to the resort was good - slightly away from crowded Ooty. Breakfast was superb
