Rosa's Apartment with Terrace

Lovely apartment, great people - fixed the toilet immediately when it broke. Saw flamingoes from the rooftop terrace!

Great location. Lovely roof terrace. Everything we needed was there.

Antonello and his wife, rita were fantastic hosts for us and helped us get parking for the property. The property is in a great location and is beautiful and we had a great time.

I stayed almost one month at Rosa’s apartment with Terrace in Cagliari through May 2023 and enjoyed every day there. My hosts Antonello and Rita were exceptionally kind and attentive. I especially appreciated their help with taking my luggage up the 3 flights of stairs to the apartment on arrival and again on leaving. The apartment was sparkling clean with a well equipped kitchen, a full size fridge and oven with 4 gas burners. The regularly emptied recycling bins were a bonus. And there were flyscreens on the doors so plenty of fresh air and protection from flies and mosquitoes. I didn’t use the lovely terrace area because I wasn’t brave enough to climb up and down the narrow spiral staircase (at my older age!) but it wouldn’t be a problem for younger, more agile guests. An ideal location in the heart of the old town and an easy walk to the delightful port, cafes, shopping, buses and train station, etc.

Perfect location and accommodation. The roof top terrace was gorgeous and is lit up beautifully at night so we had an Indian takeaway there. The terrace is bigger and better than it looks in the photos and has some lovely plants. The apartment was spotless and there were cakes, biscuits,:toasts, tea, coffee, water, milk, coke and Fanta provided by the hosts Antonello and Rita.They were the most perfect hosts and were waiting in the street to greet us. Great communication before we arrived and then lots of useful information provided about what to see in Cagliari. It couldn’t have been better.

Location was great for walking. Quiet at night for sleeping. Kitchen was well equipped for cooking, although it is very small. The hosts were nice.

No place to sit and relax as there's no salón or sitting room. The stink from the Meat being cooked at the kebab place made it unpleasant to enjoy the terrace. Lots of stairs.

Very clean apartment, very close to amenities (shops, restaurants, buses, monument etc.) Hosts were very nice and polite. Beatiful terrace w on the top of apartment. Really recomend it.
