Cozy House with Modern Garden

The only bathroom was through the kitchen down stairs, with my disabled son was difficult to accommodate. Owning and maintaining my own air bnb, holiday lets. For the prices I feel like more effort, though and cleaning would be at a higher standard. Outside windows very dirty, expect some dirty fro location, but more than expected. Bathroom had hair in, location is good but during the night a every busy are fro 12.30 am till about 4-5 I wouldn’t recommend for young families also beds quite uncomfortable

Property was really nice and well presented. Location was literally 2 minutes from the seafront and had plenty of shops nearby.

light and spacious really handy for visiting the hippodrome

my only critique is the shower, very difficult to get the right temp due to tap type on the bath. as a plumber I would recommend swapping the tap on the bath for a thermostatic bath mixer with shower hose attachment. that will do the job, also a glass shower screen just to finish it off. loose tap on the basin, and a general lack of plugs. especially by the dressing table in the master bedroom. lovely house though and you’ve done a great job of it, will definitely stay again when visiting

House was decorated and presented really well. Host was very responsive and attentive. The location was fantastic and only a very short walk to the beach front with all the shops/arcades etc The house had everything that we needed.

Would have been nice to have a bit more privacy from the back door with a blind etc The double bed is more like two singles pushed together which weren’t the most comfortable but this wouldn’t deter me from booking here again.

A very spacious, welcoming, and comfortable house. Great facilities , great location , 5 mins walk to the beach, and all the amenities along the sea front
