Location and security

Ceiling needs some maintenance. Couch needs to be cleaned. Didn’t get the room I thought I booked but it was a nonissue. Requested additional toilet paper and were advised that it was available for an additional charge.

The location is good

I feel I was scammed. The expectation (description and photos available on the booking.com application) vs reality are two different stories. My apartment was a bunker without windows! And it cost me $220 for three nights! You could find a good quality hotel room for this price! Moreover, it was a studio, not a apartment with bedroom, living room and kitchen.. I contacted Wynwood customer service, and their response was that everything was in line with the offer and that the presentation was fair. However, after looking at the pictures, I believe you can judge for yourself.

The location was perfect, the apartment was large, beautiful, and comfortable. We loved sitting on the terrace in the evening and looking onto the plaza and historic buildings. The airconditioning was delightful, and the bed was comfy. If we return to Panama City we will definitely stay here again.

We stayed in a very spacious apartment with nice furnishings. It was cleaned well and had everything we needed including a washer and dryer, which was handy. Bed was a king and comfortable, and bedroom has a big walk-in closet for our things. There is a full kitchen with a table for six, and a sitting area with a couch and TV. There is a balcony with 2 chairs that overlooks Plaza de Indepencia and the Basílica. Location is perfect with so much within walking distance, and surrounded by shops and restaurants. The building has an elevator. Since the Presidential Palace is near, there is security everywhere. Very safe. Checkin went smoothly and staff answered my questions and concerns promptly. Our apartment was 2B and not the apartment pictured in the listing, but the decor is in the same style. They have a few units in this building, each one different, so make sure you know what you are getting so there are no surprises when you arrive. We were very happy with 2B and enjoyed our stay.

There’s no place to put the clothes or hang a towel and I had to ask for some basic stuff; but the staff were nice and got me most of the things I needed

The room was nothing like on the pictures. We expected to have a room each and a washing machine (very essential as we had been traveling a long time). Disappointing.

Check-in was a fiasco because the code that I was given was wrong.
