I loved everything

This Chalet was super clean! It was very roomy& spacious for my family of seven ! My grandkids especially loved the game room downstairs! The hot tub was already setup & bubbling which was a great amenity for us due to the weather! The kitchen was fully stocked with everything which made it very easy for cooking breakfast & our Thanksgiving Dinner!!

the front door keypad gave us a little trouble when locking but we figured it out! The living room fireplace pilot light kept going out but Otherwise, we liked everything about this unit!

I liked the layout and everything was open space. it accommodated everyone comfortable.

The fireplace in the living room wouldn't not stay lit they came the next day to fix it. The bake setting on the oven didn't work i contacted them and they also came the next day. They said they fixed it and when I went to use it that same day it didn't work. I contacted them again. There is a nail under the rail by the kitchen table. It had cut my daughters hand. You don't know it is sticking out until you hit it. They probably should checked to make sure everything is working good before they rent it out again.
