Great experience in a great apartment. We were met by the host, Raffaella, and she was extremely friendly and informative and the whole proces of getting access to the apartment was very smooth. The apartment is really great, completely renovated and everything new and functional. Great with parking and option to have our dog with us - he also enjoyed the place!. Location with a few minutes to old town and waterfront was really perfect. Would definitely stay here again, next time we are in Como!!

Slow elevator but the host did inform us of this and it was not a big deal :-)

Raffaella‘s kleine Ferienwohnung liegt im 3. Stock eines typisch italienischen Hinterhauses, es gibt aber einen Aufzug! Eigener Parkplatz im Innenhof, da kamen wir mit unserem Bulli gerade so rein 😊. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet, sehr geschmackvoll und alles noch ziemlich neu! Raffaella ist mega nett und hilfreich, hat uns direkt mit tollen Tipps für Como versorgt, Danke dafür! Auch als wir deutlich später ankamen als geplant und als wir ein kleines Problem in der Wohnung hatten, war sie super hilfreich und nett! Insgesamt kann man Raffaellas Wohnung für einen Tripp nach Como sehr empfehlen!

Very nice apartment. Very well equipped and almost new. Landlady is very nice and helpful. Check in and check out were easy. Location is very good. You are right in the center. Parking in the inner courtyard.
