Nice little place and close to where I needed to be

Duvet cover in main room as soon as I pulled it back it looked like bodily fluids from male on it. Wasn't sure so I washed amd dried it and then was clean i took photo of this and put them below.Also the extractor fan in bathroom all we heard was the outside flap banging the while time we were there and being a light sleeper there was no sleep.
