MYOverall, my stay at the cozy villa was pleasant and the room was comfortable.
I experienced a disturbance late at night involving repeated bell ringing and my room door being opened unexpectedly while I was sleeping. Although the situation was unsettling, I appreciate the hotel’s attention to the matter. I hope the management can further improve nighttime security measures to ensure all guests feel safe and at ease during their stay. Thank you.
