The only minor drawback was that the neighbors were occasionally somewhat loud.

"Comfortable house, clean, good location."

Home was pretty clean and had most things you need(too many air fresheners) Good location close to Gulfstream Park and other things. Neighborhood felt safe during the day. Was an ant issue in one of the bathrooms that is likely an easy fix.

"Good, basic stay for one night."

The home was basic, clean and simple. Instructions for entering the home were clear and easy. Our group of 4 needed a one night stay before our cruise and this was perfect. We were dropped off and then picked up by Uber so I can't really speak to how good the location was, as we didn't walk or drive the area ourselves. Overall I would stay here again

Each bathroom only had 1 bath towel but after a little hunting we found 1 more towel in each bedroom closet. We noticed a handful of tiny ants in the bathtub of guest bath but the issue was minimal and did not really effect our stay.
