The bedrooms and kitchen areas were clean n well appointed

Garden area was just dirt Microwave not working Locked out as combination had been changed Pool area needs redecorating and cleaning

La villa est confortable, il y a de l’espace, Nous avons pu faire un Check in très tardif (encore merci 🙏🏼) et un Check out très tôt. L’équipe est très sympathique, aux petits soins et réactive. Tout etait parfait 🤩

La localisation de la villa est très difficile à trouver mais le staff est d’une grande aide.

The stay and location was very convenient for me and family. Short distance to where I need to go. Villa was perfect for 6 adults. Feels like home

We checked in really late that day, but the host is so kind that they wait for us. It is highly appreciated.

The location is a bit hard to find, there are a few times that GRAB driver cannot locate the place

- There was a funky smell + mold showing in a few rooms. I know it’s difficult to get rid of in this tropical climate, but still … - There were a lot of places unwanted animals could get in. We had a few mice visiting the kitchen. So important: put all your food in the cabinets! - Not something this villa could do something about it, but the dogs from the neighbours were barking a lot (!!) so we had some bad nights during our 4 week stay. - Good to know: no airco in kitchen/living room

The villa itself is very nice, well built for Bali, nice design, with good facilities and friendly helpful staff but I couldn’t recommend it purely because of the location, I’ve lived in Sanur, my wife (asli Bali) the driver also from Sanur between us could not find the villa, even with the direction on booking.com and google maps could not locate the place. To stay here you 100% need your own transport and an impeccable memory, taxis, grab and gojek could not find the place, the villa is hidden deep in a maze of similar looking villas and houses, even after staying there a few days we still took wrong turns leaving and returning to the villa, BROS and Bali Mandara hospitals refused to send an ambulance there because of an incomplete address, you wouldn’t want to have a heart attack there, you wouldn’t make it out alive. Having no bathroom mirrors or storage for toiletries was irritating and there one dangerous plug socket hanging out far to close to the sink.

The property was excellent! It was very spacious and clean. I stayed here with three friends and it was effect for our trip.

We loved that it was so clean! The beds were so comfortable and the sheets smelt so good! The best villa to end our trip in bali, thank you sm!
