The location is good and the place was clean.

One of the main reasons we chose this place was for the amenities. We have been travelling for 3 months and the idea of having a bbq and an oven was very nice. Unfortunately, when we arrived, there was no bbq and no oven, as mentioned in the posting. When I asked the owner about this he answer was simple, "we don't have that". I said the posting listed them as amenities, and he responded the same way. This was a real letdown. The wifi only works in the bedroom, and even there, it is not great. A cleaner showed up to enter our room, it's really nice to get fresh towels and have the garbage changed, but we had no idea this would happen. Thankfully, he knocked, or I would have thought somebody was trying to break in. I don't appreciate the idea that somebody would come into the place we paid for without our knowledge of it.

Nice and comfortable appartment with everything you need.Good beds,nice terrace and good bathroom.Parking the car was possible a little bit further for €5 per day,was perfect! Very nice hosts,good contact and clean linnen every day,makes it all very comfortable.The beach,supermarket and boulevard are nearby. Recommended!

I give 10 to the property. The room was exactly what I ordered, it had everything claimed. Newly renovated apartment was beautiful, spacious. I liked the earthy tones of the interior. There were a lot of fresh towels. Comfortable bed, furniture, everything worked, there were all needed utensils for cooking. It had garden where you can seat in the shade. I was welcomed with drinks: tea, coffee, water, wine. A cleaner came every day. 5 minutes by feet to a large supermarket, 5-7 minutes to the sea. Clean and comfortable apartment, no unpleasant odors in the bathroom. Quiet, calm, safe place.

▬ The contact person Jelena. I was asked to pay for reservation by SWIFT transaction but I couldn't do international transfer because I live in MNE. So I asked for local transfer details. Jelena didn't provide it but insured me that I could pay in the bank office. I went there and of course nobody could help me, so I just wasted my time. Then I asked if I could pay during check-in, Jelena messaged me "I will ask her" and NEVER returned with an answer. ▬ Jelena asked my arrival time - I said "14:30". But other worker started calling me in 14:00 and talking to me like I was LATE. ▬ I've spent 5 nights in this property. And somebody (I suppose Jelena) changed it to 1 night. I've asked to change it back and was ignored again. Jelena made my booking and arraival process stressfull and chaotic. (I had no problem with other workers.) ▬ Wet cleaning and sanitization can be improved. Before my arrival the floors were not mopped, only swept. In the shower little mold started to grow.
