Liam's Guesthouse Adults Only

Het ontbijt was voortreffelijk, de tuin met zwembad is een oase van rust en goed onderhouden, het personeel super vriendelijk, de eigenaren stonden voor je klaar en er was geen vraag te gek, en voor iedereen een vriendelijk woordje. Wij hadden de drie persoonskamer en die was zeer ruim met prima bedden. Onze 5 dagen hier hebben wij genoten. Bedankt Marcel, Koen en staff. Oja normaal geven wij echt geen 10 maar jullie hebben het verdient.

Dat wij weer verder gingen met de reis. Wij gaan de guesthouse wel missen.

The host was phenomenal & so was the staff. So friendly, so attentive & so kind. The rooms are spacious & the pool was so lovely to lounge around. The location was far from busy streets, which was so nice if you enjoy a quiet moment. So many accessible coffee shops, places to eat & not far from the market either. Activities can be organised through the host which was super helpful :)

This place was such a gem of a find. Marcel and his staff and just so welcoming and very attentive. As soon as we arrived, Marcel gave us ideas on what to do and even sorted out a motorcycle hire for us. It is a very peaceful guesthouse and the gardens and beautiful.

There is nothing to dislike about this place.

Impeccable service. The room was also spacious and had everything I could need. The pool area is also really nice and cozy, and there are cute animals at the property. I can fully recommend this place.

A bit far from the downtown of Chiang Mai. Not too bad if you rent a scooter or go with Grab.

Lovely quiet location, very attentive staff who couldn’t do enough for us. Fabulous breakfast with so much food, we were full for the entire day. The French toast was particularly delightful. Everything that could possibly be done was done for us, the staff even went as far as to book local trips for us. We will definitely be returning to Liams.

Peaceful, away from the bustle of the city yet just a quick and cheap taxi ride away. Staff were amazing and so helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Great thought has gone into equipping each room with everything you could possibly need. Large comfortable, spotlessly clean room with very quiet air conditioning. Restaurant on site serving a variety of meals with a licensed bar. Plenty of sunbeds and seating around the pool with umbrellas offering shade if wanted. We can’t wait to visit again.

Nothing, it was the perfect place to stay in Chiang Mai.

Staff was super friendly and helpful. We felt very comfortable. Breakfast was amazing. We could book a driver directly from the hotel. Pool area is nice.

Friendly owners and staff. Very helpfull in organizing everything. Comfy bed. Swimmingpool and restaurant. Absolutely value for money!

Nothing or perhaps a little remote location.

Location - granted this is not something which can be changed (!) but ensure you fully investigate this prior to booking. During Songkran, it took 40 mins to reach the old town by taxi (normally it would take 20 mins). Restaurant - limited menu catered to western tastes. In Thailand, I would have preferred more authentic Thai options. There were no solid options within walking distance for food, so eating involved getting a taxi or eating in the guesthouse restaurant.
