Villas El Rancho Green Resort

Great staff

The area is falling apart. Open covers by the pool where one of my guest fell into and cut her foot. To top it off they had bed bugs.

This was a magical place to stay with our daughters, 4 and 2. The breakfast was incredible and we loved that it wasn’t in the tourist zone. There’s a market across the street and a few great places to eat. The beach is private, with the softest sand and warmest water. Listening to the waves each night was simple beautiful. We will be back.

El Rancho has such potential but upgrades are desperately needed. The location is great, the villa's are spacious and the lay out of the resort is good. This resort is overpriced for the condition of the facilities.

The pool and hot tub are hardly useable as ice cold water is being pumped in everyday. Fix the pool. Signage and check in details should be available in English if El Rancho is targeting English speaking clientele. The pet duck has to GO. He is a pest, makes a mess and is annoying.

It looked nice

I couldn't breath because of the mold smell and the scents they used to mask the mold smell made it worse. I only wanted one room with a bathroom and it was a huge two level with two separate bedrooms. The was even a upper and lower bathroom. My family was staying at another hotel and The El Rancho didn't allow visitors. That big space made me feel lonely while I was there.

Breakfast was good but i dont think is right for extra charge to take u r food to u r room. Locación was good.

I didnt like that they want to charge u extra for arriving early. Or not respecting u r online reservations.they say that booking haves diffrent things . That is better to reserve in there web site.

Problems with the parking lot

The pool was great and the villas were comfortable

Breakfast buffet doesn’t have options to eat. All days was the same menu and you have to wait for the food since they didn’t have enough for all the people.
