"Erwartungen erfüllt, mit kleinen Abstrichen"

Sehr schöne Hotelanlage, erfreut stellt man auf Schritt und Tritt fest, dass das Budget für dieses Projekt offensichtlich nicht der entscheidende Faktor war. Im Restaurantbereich sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal.

Angesichts des überzeugenden Gesamteindrucks fallen "Schönheitsfehler" um so mehr ins Gewicht: - Reinigung im Detail verbesserungsfähig - Toilettenpapier-Halter fällt fast aus der Wand Ich hatte ein Komfortzimmer mit Balkon und Blick auf den Douro. Abgesehen davon, dass es eher ein "Balkönchen" war, war das Zimmer aufgrund des beschränkten Tageslichts eher düster und gegen den Flur, wie leider die meisten Hotelzimmer - warum eigentlich? - akustisch schlecht gedämmt.

Great bars, restaurants and pool area. Staff all very helpful. Location was fantastic

More vegetarian selection in the restaurants. Razor clams in Boa Vista restaurant were very disappointing.
