Very stylish and beautiful hotel with lots of art pieces. Great setting in walking distance to central Porto with a beautiful view of the city from the hotel. All amenities done to a high spec and all details thought through. The bed and pillows were super comfortable; great noise cancellation; very good shower. Exceeded our expectations for the price for sure

Some staff in the main restaurant are not very good, don't know the menu and the ingredients, could not provide any recommendation and have zero upselling skills. Seemed quite distracted and uninterested. Might be worth investing into training or adjusting hiring strategy

L’organizzazione è eccellente l’hotel nel complesso è carino e ben strutturato

La pulizia delle camere è ok ma l’aspirapolvere viene passata pochino infatti a terra c’era parecchia polvere La salita per arrivare in hotel è un po ripida non c’è un servizio navetta
