Elevators smelt like marijuana a lot and elevators took awhile.

Nicole was an excellent host, providing us with information before our arrival in Cape Town. The self check-in was smooth and easy. Property looks exactly as on pictures, super clean and equipped with everything we needed for 3 days short stay. Best location for touring Cape Town, everything was a 5-10min Uber ride. We felt safe and enjoyed our stay. Will definitely e coming back.

This apartment is spacious with a good table to work at, a living room and two bedrooms. The internet is superfast, which is very important for any business traveller. It is on the quiet side of the building, not overlooking Buitengracht. The owner is very responsive. Parking is in the building, in a double bay on the 2nd floor. Easy access in the lobby via the camera security system.

There is not an unobstructed view, as opposite of the street is a huge building. But there are some decent side views.

The shower temperature goes hot and cold very fast without us controlling it
