Location excellent for Ephesus and house of Virgin Mary. Very short drive meant we had more time to enjoy delicious breakfast, the beautiful property and surroundings and lovely hosts.

"Country ranch home stay"

Owner was very nice and hospitable. Family run. Rooms were considerably big. Nice home made breakfast. Very close to Ephesus town, museum and archaeological sites.

"Nice stay, close to everything we wanted to visit."

Owner and family lovely. The conversion to a hotel is amazing.

As it was shoulder/late season restaurant was closed. Which is ok as restaurants short drive away.

Lovely countryside location with huge room, comfortable beds, rustic decor. Basic but very good breakfast. Very kind, helpful family who runs the place. Parking. Friendly cats.

The rural location makes it best suited if you have your own car.

"Ok for family of 6 for $140"

Very nice farm turned i to a hotel. One room for 4 people was very good, comfort, tv, bathroom, and decoration were great

The other room TV was hard to operate, could not use internet, and toilet did not flush. Thus, the split review.

I like that Meliksah is very helpful with my needs…he is very kind and considerate.

On my first night, I felt so cold…but was addressed by Meliksah without issue.
