Your Perch at University City

Great location near U Penn hospital. Roomy. Comfortable. Very clean. Host was highly responsive when we texted about initial difficulty with understanding the heat system. Kitchen well-stocked. Nice linens. Very near to many restaurants. Just a block from a grocery store and the subway. Also walked about 1mile to get to art museum through a nice neighborhood.

We had no problem, but warning that this would be a difficult property for people with limited mobility or balance: 1) Staircase to bedrooms is very steep and there is no bathroom on first floor, 2) Very stylish soaking tub in 2nd floor bathroom has a high rim and would be challenging to get in/ out (note that 3rd floor bathroom shower has low edge).

位置，位于宾夕法尼亚大学的南部，是人群很复杂的社区，街道上有明显的垃圾。最要命的是，这是一个三联排别墅的中间套，隔壁的邻居住了一群群居的年轻人，非常的吵闹。我们抵达的当晚是周末，一群人在开PARTY，噪音一直持续到深夜。在我们和房屋管理方多次沟通后，终于在深夜十一点左右停止了吵闹的音乐，但是人群没有散去，她们去了别墅共用的院子大声说话。由于房间隔音不好，对我们整晚的睡眠都造成了影响。然后这个情况持续了我们整个的入住期间，我们最后确认他们是一群年轻人群租在这个房子里，也许是大学的学生。如果你的参访目的地也是宾夕法尼亚大学，我建议你预定在大学的北部区域，显然更加整洁和安全。

The location was very good with a short walk into the city. Very close to amenities also.

The only thing was the couch it wasn't very comfy, so maybe when the time is a comfy couch would be good for this house.

Very nice comforting by the outside would of never thought how nice it was inside

The wifi kept turning and not working especially in the master bedroom. Wish the other two rooms had a TV in them. Had to watch there phones.

The place is absolutely gorgeous. My daughter had surgery at Jefferson Hospital, and the beds were so comfy for her to rest. The place had such a content and relaxing feel to it. Definitely a 10/10 for us.

Very well designed and comfortable beds! Great location. Walkable to UPenn . Lot of restaurants nearby. We also enjoyed lulu cafe which was around the block
