Waterside by Greene King Inns

Convenient location.

Room was very tired and well overdue for a complete refurbishment. Shower was probably the most pathetic I have ever experienced. Broken bed light. No sockets by the bed. Overall very poor.

Friendly staff, clean and comfortable room. Restaurant good food and warm welcome.

Location and food was good

Unable to connect firestick for Netflix and kids tv must be the wifi they use because we had it in another green king hotel.

The hotel was close to the venue we were going to later in the day. The town is a few minutes walk using the bridge. The member of staff on reception was very welcoming and helpful.

The room could do with a revamp, it looked a bit worn and jaded

The place desperately needs a make over and refresh, The room I was in was an old smokers room the smell never goes.

Staff are friendly (absolutely fantastic people) and the hotel is clean.

The hotel rooms could do with an upgrade but they are clean and comfortable and ideal for a short stay to sleep at night.
