Close to Victoria Park, ideal for Neighbourhood weekender. Lovely beer garden, quick food service. Friendly team.

Coffee at breakfast was soooo bad. Like the kettle had been brushed against a jar of Nescafe. Minimum I would expect is a coffee machine. Rooms look well used. Serves a purpose.

Great location for Neighbourhood Weekender, friendly staff and flexible with checking in late

It was a busy weekend because of the festival. We checked in at 23:00 as we had been at the festival all day, when we got to the room we had 1 towel between 2 and no body wash in the dispenser. Not worth £180 for one night, but understand that prices were inflated that weekend due to nearby events.

Local to everything not too far to walk. Attended for one night only to see Human League in a concert in victoria Park. Staff friendly greeted well. What make are the mattresses please I have trouble sleeping but slept great?
