Świetna lokalizacja, w samym centrum Como.

Mam drobne zastrzeżenia do czystości lokalu. Całość "trąci" trochę starością. Trochę męczące jest wejście po schodach do lokalu, który usytuowany jest na 4 piętrze.

The apartment was in a great location! Right in the mix of Como. We could walk to everything in just a few minutes. It was the best part of this place. It was also very clean, I will say that was very nice.

The accommodations were very meager. The towels were thin and smelled like they were in a dryer that burnt something. The bed was very thin and there were just two pillows and one blanket. Enough to get by, but don't expect more than the basics. If I had booked with the intent of someone sleeping on the pull out sofa, I would have been upset. It was very old and not in good condition. I would have been disappointed if we stayed for more than one night, but for what we needed -- it worked out fine. The location is 10/10.

Muy moderno y limpio, nos gustó mucho.

La cama hacía mucho ruido metálico. Nós hubiese gustado que sean más flexibles con el checkin porque estuvimos 2 horas con las valijas en la calle.

Certains équipements sont à rénover (rouille sur le chauffage) et accessibilité des chambres (4e étage - sans avoir été prévenus dans l’annonce, mais seulement par message une fois la réservation effectuée)

Die Wohnung liegt im Zenrum von Como im 3 Stock Altbau! Sie ist ausreichend groß und gut eingerichtet. Zugang über Code und Schlüsselbox.

Das Badezimmer war bei Ankunft nicht so sauber.

Loved the location just steps from the Duomo historic square and a few minutes from the lake. Having a full apartment was perfect for relaxing in the evening and getting some work done during the day. Nino was wonderful in assisting me on my departure - he helped me get my luggage downstairs and when he could not find a taxi, even drove me to the train station - what a gem!

There is no elevator and it is self check in - to be fair it was very clear on booking that this was the case! It is a lovely old building with many flights of stairs up to the apartment so as long as one is prepared it is fine! I will learn to pack lighter!
