Perfect location, free parking, and in all fairness, excellent view.

To be fair, this was a let down. You can see that the managers will run this place to the ground in pursuit of everything last KRW in profit. The sofa was broken, the toilet seat as well. The chairs were stained and overall the apartment felt only minimally maintained, supporting my view that they have a high turnover and low maintenance. I communicated the issues to the owner but they took no actions.

I stayed here and overall had a really good experience. The room was huge—it’s basically a small apartment rather than a typical hotel—which makes it super comfortable for a longer stay. Having a washing machine in the room was a big plus, and the full-size fridge came in handy too. Location-wise, it’s hard to beat: very close to Busan Station and the port, and definitely walkable even with luggage. There are also plenty of convenience stores nearby, which made grabbing quick essentials easy.

That said, there were a couple downsides. Food options in the immediate area are pretty limited, with most choices being inside Busan Station. Also, getting back late at night can be a bit inconvenient—since the station closes around 11pm, you have to walk around it, which feels longer than it should. Taxis aren’t super helpful either since it’s such a short distance, and most taxi drivers won’t take you because it’s such a short driving distance. I also relayed a maintenance concern (not a major one) to the front desk and it was not addressed.

Family friendly with easy access from Busan Station. We note recent reviews that it was hard to find check in desk, but this seems to have been addressed as it was well signed and we easily found the check in desk. Great view. Excellent facilities. Well equipped with cooking equipment. Comfortable beds. Combined washer and dryer. We would recommend this accommodation.

To check in early we paid a 22000 won per hour fee, although we could also have just left our luggage for no charge and collected later.
