Everything, especially accountability on hygiene and guest experience. Not every guest will come on time, some will check-in early or late, if a hotel cannot have proper arrangements for such customers, they shouldn't be in hospitality business at the first place. Clean toilets are NOT just for guests and customers but also for hotel employees too.And who puts lights that works on sensors in toilet?

The location was not great as there were lots of garbage trucks parked nearby leading to a persistent foul odour. There were also rats/other animals walking around in the false ceiling which caused a disturbance. The room was definitely not worth what I had paid.

"Rude staff, Cockroaches, unhygienic environment and noisy"

Nothing at all.

The room when we checked in wasn’t clean. The towels provided were dirty and when asked to change, the staff member said that the previous user must have stained it with curry and they can’t do much about it. They brought new towels upon repeated complaints. So many cockroaches in the room and the water pressure in the tap was very low. No soap in the dispenser in the shower, called the staff and they didn’t help us until asking them repeatedly for 5-6 times. There wasn’t enough toilet paper left, called the reception 5 times and they just said ok and hung the phone, it took a very long time for them to bring it up as we had to physically demand it in the reception. The staff were extremely noisy at around 4am and blasted off loud music and were shouting in the corridor, this affected our sleep. This is very inappropriate and unprofessional. Some of the receptionists do not speak English and the staff are very rude. The restaurant takes forever to bring your food even if it’s just a lemonade. The neighbourhood is very tacky and unsafe. We fully paid online for this hotel but during check out, the receptionist didn’t check our booking properly and said that we were supposed to pay more money and it was later confirmed that they were looking into someone else’s booking after requesting to check it again. After checkout, some of the staff members begged us for more money as we were boarding our taxi. Also the pictures shown don’t exactly match what you’ll expect the room to be like.

the staff was helpful. everyone was very polite and cooperative.

the hotel was not in a very good and clean area. the food was costly inside the hotel restaurant. there were no windows in the room. only a glass and window is fixed which does not open.
