Esquire Hotel Near BKC Mumbai

Nothing to say good about eSquire Hotel. It's a rubbish. Don't trust on words, their behaviour is 180 degree different then wrote on online platforms, if they have overbooking and rooms are more in demand. If i have to make any comment with little unparliamentary language, then i would say its a non-sense.

It seems the hotel eSquire cheating with the customer precisely those are travelling from far places. The front desk staff behave like they don't care about a person travelling with family or far distance. This was happens with me in December-2022 so this time i am extra cautious. I have made a call immediately after booking the hotel eSquire on the front desk number provided from booking confirmation page. The front desk manager has confirmed my booking over phone. Even the day of my stay, i have made call around 11:00 O'clock to reconfirm my booking before reaching to the hotel. The reception of hotel confirm that you need not to worry and report to front desk as per my tentative reaching time (17 Hrs.). The actual drama started when i reached to the hotel. The front desk executive and hotel Manager Mr. Ramesh (The review of Mr. Ramesh is very good on net, but actually he is not cooperated at all) too express their inability to provide room and keep saying that all the rooms are sold out. I asked them how it is possible because i have confirmation page downloaded from booking.com. I request them to provide room as i am travelling with family, but they keep saying that room are not available and behave like they don't care with your difficulties. I quite confident that the hotel owner and Mr. Ramesh - the manager have only concern with how they get higher room price rather than considering the difficulties of traveller as they have sold the room to someone else so as to get higher room price.

Really we had fantastic stay in the hotel. Staff were very helpful and responding very fast. Nice passage to the rooms, very soothing fresh environment. Inside the room, very well maintained, nice washroom,all western type fittings new type shower, wash basin very clean, shampoo / shower gel provided.only thing is no racks or hangers for clothes in washroom . In the room , all required materials were there like mirror , table, coffee maker, cushion bed etc. We have not anticipaded ,the price for which we booked, we recieve such a grand stay. Hotel is new. We hope management will continue to maintain like this in future. Nice for family stay. I am not exaggerating, really we enjoyed the stay here. Inside they have restaurant . Very clean and food quality very good. Room service available. For our next visit, again we love to come here.
