Faaora Lodge, little paradise Moorea

Plage bien situé

Pas de bouchon pour les éviers. Dangerosité des petites marches dans le salon Vaisselles en plastique

- The lodge is lovely: it is spacious, comfortable and well decorated. - The outdoor area is a great addition with plenty of space. - Washing machine and outdoor shower are great facilities. - Kim is prompt in replying to the emails. - Simple key collection at the lock box. - There is parking outside the gate.

- The locking system at the metal gate was clumsy and could use additional lighting. - The rooms do get very hot during the day with the fans helping only to some extent. There is no AC. - Warning is given in advance to lock the doors, as I learnt later there are thefts in the area. Given the lack of street lights, the type of lodge (not a concrete building), this does leave room for uncomfort, especially for solo travellers. - Payment is requested via bank transfer, while after a month the local Polynesian rejected the transfer - this lead to having to pay in cash and overpaying in terms of banking fees and exchange rate.

Logement très agréable, propre, calme, très bien situé et fidèle à l'annonce. La communication avec Kim a été efficace et très agréable. La maison, très proche de petits commerces et d'une belle plage publique, est remarquablement décorée. Un super séjour à Faaora Lodge, Moorea.

Spacious, well decorated and well situated. Close to the beach and food.

Air conditioning would be a life saver as rooms get very hot. Roosters wake us up every morning so ear plugs are essential for a good nights sleep. Some finer details like blown light bulbs in bathroom should be checked more frequently.

Logement propre, sécurisé et très bien équipé. Décoration cosy. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour passer un très bon séjour. A côté d'une plage publique très sympa et d'un espace avec magasins et restaurants, à pied. Possibilité de garer un véhicule en face.

Pas mal de moustiques comme partout en Polynésie mais des tortillons anti moustiques sont fournis. Gestion des déchets à clarifier.

Very cool place. Great shaded outdoor spaces. Great location close to beautiful public beach and sunset restaurant on beach.
