The built in furniture in the room was nice. The choice of tv channels was great. The hotel staff were super friendly. The selection of coffees and teas was good.

The shower didn't drain quickly, and you ended up standing in water when you showered. The bidet function of the toilet didn't work properly. The lack of places to hang towels in the bathroom was annoying. All the furniture was built in, and the room could have used a moveable table or chairs.

It’s okay for a day or two.

The hotel is not on the main road. May be difficult to find if not accompanied by a local. Difficult to find taxi around. They only provide small napkins for wiping your body. No towels. They said my tariff didn’t include and were not ready to provide even at an extra cost. Can’t believe. Should have multiple charging adapters or plug points for international travellers

The staff were great. Super friendly and super helpful and a real credit to the hotel. Rooms were cleaned regularly. Walking distance to the local station and some shops so could eat and sightsee despite language barriers. The complimentary water was great and so was the roof terrace.

Mosquitoes. There seemed to be a lot of mosquitoes and yes I got bitten a few times. I could not control the room temperature myself, which was a little frustrating as a British Person, I found the room temperature too warm the entire time and had to have the fan on at the highest to be comfortable which meant the air was constantly dry in my room. The bed mattress and pillows were too soft for me, so actually my back hurt somewhat and it took a few days to get used to before I could sleep more than 2-3 hours at a time. The area seemed full of motels and there was building work happening nearby, so it was quite noisy at times. I felt the price paid was way too high for what was offered. I have stayed in 5-star hotels that were much cheaper - and those hotels had gyms and laundry services which this one does not. I was not a fan of the free Gatorade... there could be better options offered as Gatorade is designed for athletes and this hotel does not have a gym. So it's the wrong drink to offer, in my opinion.
